Dan Poole is the founder of  Crêpes for Change: an emerging social enterprise with a mission to eliminate youth homelessness in Australia. CFC will be Australia’s first non-profit crêpe van to roam Victoria’s streets, markets and festivals. With 100% of the proceeds directed towards the cause, CFC is about more than just selling crêpes from a van. Dan plans to implement a program to empower underprivileged young Australians with skills to find employment through providing barista and hospitality training.

CFC has raised over $11,000 and has received public endorsement from renowned figures such as Adam Bandt (Deputy Leader of the Australian  Greens), Mark Dreyfus (QC, MP) and community organisations such as  Oaktree.
